Steve Stribley - President
Steve has served with Dallas Police Department for over 27 years. Prior to Dallas, Steve was in the Army Military Police. He is a member of Dallas Police FOP Lodge 588.
Tom Hayes - Vice President
Tom has been with the Houston Police Department since 1982, presently at the rank of Sergeant.
He is assigned to the Gang Division, previously served as a trainer/evaluator night shift, SE patrol, jail Sergeant and field training supervisor to Central patrol.
Tom has been on the Board of Directors to the Houston Police Officers Union for over 2o years, presently serving as the 3rd Vice President with duties including chairperson over the First Responders Benefit Trust.
Andy began his career in law enforcement with the Garland Police Department in 1982 where he worked until he retired in 2002. He then went to the Caddo Mills Police Department where he served as the Chief of Police. Several years later he went to work for the Sulphur Springs Police Department where he retired in 2014. He now serves as a reserve officer with the Emory Police Department.
Andy has been a member of Texas FOP since 1998. He was a charter member of Garland Lodge #68, where he served as President for 4 years. When he retired, he moved to East Texas and started the North Texas Regional Lodge #84, where he is a charter member and currently serves as President and Secretary. He has held every position at the local Lodge level, except Chaplin. Andy served as the State Vice President for six years (2000-2006) and was State Recruiter for 18 months. Outside the FOP, Andy retired from the U.S. Army as a Sgt. Major with 30 years of service. He is a member of various military related service organizations where he has served as Post Commander, JAG, Sgt. at Arms, Historian and Zone Commander. Additionally, he is the current President of the Blue Knights Chapter VII, a Master Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and the Knights of St. Andrew.
Michael Camarillo - Treasurer
Michael began his career in Law Enforcement in 1990. He worked as a Patrol Officer with the City of Cockrell Hill Police Department. In 1996 he went to work for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Police Department (DART Police) where he currently holds the rank of Sergeant and is responsible for the AM North West Area. He is one of the original "Motorcycle Officers" for DART and is also the Department's Range Master.
Michael is a Master Peace Officer, Firearms Instructor, FTO and Motorcycle FTO. He has been with DART Police for 19 years and has received several awards and commendations.
Michael has been an active member of FOP Lodge #80 since 2002. He has been the Lodge's Treasurer for the past seven (7) years.

Ruben Duran - Chairman of Trustees
A twenty year veteran of the United States Army, Ruben Duran began his career in law enforcement in 2002 with the Department Of Homeland Security. A member of the F.O.P. Federal lodge (Lodge #82), Ruben has served his lodge as State Trustee since 2004 to present, and served as Vice President from 2007 to 2009. Ruben continues to serve on Lodge #82's executive Board as Trustee.
Ruben was elected to the State Chair of Trustee position at the August 2014 State Conference in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has been in the FOP since 2003.He has been married to his lovely wife Debra for 34 years and together they enjoy their 2 sons, Ruben and Matthew.
Judy was a Police Officer for the Tyler Police Department from 1978 to 2010 when she retired after 32 years. She was a patrolman, misdemeanor investigator, crime scene investigator and Patrol Sergeant for 8 of those years. Judy is a charter member of the, “Dirty Dozen”, of Texas Lodge 051. She was a member of the State Executive Board for 10 years where she served as Sergeant at Arms, 2nd Vice President, and Secretary. She ran for, and was elected, National Trustee at the 61st Biennial Conference in Cincinnati. She also served on the National Credentials Committee for 2 National Conferences before she was removed due to her election as Texas National Trustee.
The National Trustee is the representative for Texas on the National Board of Directors and is also responsible for the recruiting and retention of members for the Texas FOP. This position receives direction from the Texas State President and Board of Directors as well as the National President.
Dennis Koch - Immediate Past President
Dennis is a former Marine that was born and raised in Houston, Tx. He began his law enforcement career in 1976 when he went to work at the Harris County Sheriffs Dept. During his 24 years there he received the Houston Metro Crime Council Award (3 times), The Humble Optimist Law Enforcement Award and the 100 Club Deputy of the Year Award (1982). He retired in 2000 and went to work for North Harris/Montgomery County Community College. He was the Lead Instructor/Coordinator of the Law Enforcement Academy for three years. Following that, he went to work for the Jersey Village Police Department. He retired on March 28, 2014 after 38 years in Law Enforcement. He is a Past-President of Harris County FOP Lodge #39.
